Covid Policies

As I am sure you are well aware Covid is now running free within our community. I am putting into place some procedures and guidelines for everyone to follow so that the risk of exposure and spread is minimal at the salon. Please read through all contained information and check back here before each appointment as this will be the most up to date information at any given time. If you do not agree with any of these policys or will not comply then unfortunately I will not be able to serve you during this time.

Masks

Masks are no longer required in the salon. However if you are feeling particularly vulnerable, then I am more than happy to put one on for you. I usually only have one to two people at a time in the studio and the chairs are adequately distanced but I cannot enforce anyone else to wear a mask. If you are still feeling uneasy around other people and want a private appointment without others in the studio please reach out and I will see what I can do to make accommodations. Be aware that this may incur additional charges.

QR Check-In

QR Check-in is no longer a requirement in Qld. I have removed the signage so you don't need to worry about this anymore.

Arrival

So as to minimise contact with other people I am asking that upon arrival everyone waits outside on the chairs provided until I indicate that its time for you to come in. This will give me time to clean and set up for you while ensuring that there are not too many in the studio at one time. Please only bring those with you that have an appointment and in the case of family groups, anyone that is waiting for their turn is to also wait outside. In the case of inclement weather please wait in your car and text me to let me know that you have arrived. I will then be able to let you know when it is safe to come inside. Hand Sanitiser

Hand sanitiser is available at each station in the salon as well as in the bathroom. Please use it upon arrival and at anytime you feel the need during your visit.

Sickness

If you are unwell, please let me know as soon as possible. If you have covid symptoms I am asking that you reschedule for at least 7 days later or once you have returned a negative RAT or PCR test. If you have been in contact with someone that has covid please wear a mask to your appointment. For more information on my cancellation policy please CLICK HERE and scroll to the bottom of the page.

Product Pickup

Product purchases and refills are always welcome. I do ask that you pre-arrange pick up though. Products can be ordered and paid for securely through my online store or you can email me at contactbutterflyhairstudio@yahoo.com to organise an over the phone payment and pick up time. I can then have your products ready for you so that they can be picked up from the door with very minimal contact. Refills will need a drop off and pick-up time so I can prepare those for you without taking time away from others that are in the salon at the time.
