By booking an appointment, you agree to the following policies.

Booking & Appointment Policy

To secure your appointment, a valid card is required and will be safely stored via Fresha when booking online or in person.

Your card will only be charged in accordance with the policies below.

Appointments that are not confirmed and secured with a card on file may be cancelled 72 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior.

Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service.

No Shows & Late Arrivals

Missed appointments or failure to notify will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a no show.

Repeat late cancellations or no shows may require full payment at the time of booking.

Service Adjustments

Your satisfaction is important. If you have concerns with your cut or colour, please make contact within 7 days of your appointment.

Adjustments will be made where appropriate at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Adjustments are not available for change of mind

  • Refunds are not offered

Retail Returns

Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

  • Exchanges are offered in place of refunds

  • The product value will be applied toward an alternative product

  • Retail exchanges cannot be used as credit toward services
