To Secure Your Appointment

Your credit card information is required- it will be safely collected & stored with Fresha when you request your appointment online or when you schedule in person or via email/text. Charges will only occur if CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING or LATE ARRIVAL fees apply. (Please see below)

If credit card information is not provided & you have not confirmed your appointment within 72 hours of making a booking, your services will be cancelled.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, & 

No Show  Policy

I understand that things come up and the need for flexibility in my clients' schedules. I respect how valuable your time is and would request that you as the client, do the same.

That being said, if you need to make any changes to your appointment, please do so asap.

You may CANCEL or RESCHEDULE for free up to 24 hours ahead otherwise, you will be charged 30% of the service price for late cancellation.

I am not accommodating for NO SHOWS. If you forget or do not let me know that you can not make it to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price.


If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to ask you to reschedule and may not be able to accommodate you due to time constraints and you will be marked down as a no show and charged the no show fee.


Repeat late cancellations/no-shows may require payment in full at the time of booking to hold the appointment time.

Service Redo &

Retail Return Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or colour, let me know within 7 DAYS of your visit and I’m happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Refunds are not an option and redos are not available for CHANGE OF MIND.

You may exchange any opened or unopened retail product within 14 days of purchase. I will suggest an alternative product to meet your needs and the value of the product you are returning will be applied to the new product. Cash or credit back for returned retail products isn't an option. Retail returns can't be used as a service credit.
